About the role

Global Brand Protection is the function which protects our business from counterfeit products. You will become the Single Point of Contact responsible for leading and promoting anti-counterfeiting work and implementing our key brand protection strategies.

With us you will:

· 
Partner with teams to assess the scale of the counterfeit threats in our region

· 
Educate and update regional business and marketing leaders on counterfeit issues

· 
Locate, recruit, lead and train third party investigators in each country to assist with investigations raids and seizures

· 
Ensure our standard FCPA contract is in place and our company’s PVPs and compliance laws are followed

· 
Develop effective relationships with customs and law enforcement within the Region

· 
Report all results and intelligence on a regular basis within BRAND PROTECTION databases

· 
Plan and manage the Regional BRAND PROTECTION budget

Qualifications

Apply if you have:

· 

Bachelor’s or master’s degreein Law

· 
2 to 3 years of experience as an Intellectual Property Lawyer.

· 
Ability to consistently think innovatively and strategically in finding new approaches/methods to accomplish goals.

· 
Detail oriented in approaching aspects of the function.

· 
High competency in leadership with the ability to build effective internal and external networks.

· 
Fluency in English and Arabic.
