In modeling and simulation, our challenge is to integrate models of new and existing products or processes a broad approach to solve technical design challenges. You are needed to help us develop and apply the right mathematical models to develop innovative new products and processes. This role will use numerical simulation software to apply several simulation methods including finite element analysis, computational fluid dynamics, and material modeling. You should be able to work with a multi-functional team to define the model's requirements and then deliver the development and execution of a modeling program.

Important Responsibilities Include:
· Partner with others in the technical organization to build physics-based simulations of products and assembly processes that increase innovation productivity through simulation early in the development process of Gillette product and process designs.
· Understand design intent, identify and communicate technical risks and help refine concepts into reliable product and equipment designs.
· Build capability to incorporate data visualization tools in the context of physical and simulation data.
Qualifications
We believe you will be a great fit if, you:
· Have a BS/MS in Engineering. We prefer Mechanical, Biomedical, Aerospace, Material Science, Engineering Mechanics, Plastics, or Chemical Engineering, but will also consider other, similar engineering degrees with familiarity in Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
· Have up to 5 years of proven experience.
· Have a passion to learn, develop the problem statement and to solve industrial problems through developing physical understanding of how components work in process transformations, product, or package functions.
· Are analytically strong and have experience to using computational (FEA, CFD) models. (Coursework, internship, or co-op experience is acceptable)
· Have experience with python or similar scripting/coding skills are preferred.
· Have strong written and verbal communication skills
· Have passion to be a change agent in continuing the transformation of work using modeling and simulation methods.
· Are able coach, mentor, and develop others.
· Are a critical problem solver and active listener
· Have the ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
