This Executive Administrative role supports two Senior Vice Presidents in our Feminine Care category. Besides administrative support, this role will lead logistics for several meetings and events and provide leadership for projects as directed by the SVP's.
The Executive Admin should be well-versed in office management, technical tools and software applications, and coordinating travel and regional business meetings. They must also be professional and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
The Executive Admin should have strong communication skills. They will build and maintain relationships crucial to the success of the Executive and the organization, own employee communication events (townhalls, global business meetings, etc.), and written material.
The Executive Admin should have strong project management skills. They will serve as a strategic business partner - trusted confidante, liaison, and executive stand-in - providing guidance and input regarding company and business affairs. They will provide meeting management responsibilities include preparation and content aggregation, and minimizing complexity where possible. The ideal candidate will have personal ownership, high attention to detail passion, and accountability.
