Support Senior Vice President

- Responsible for providing administrative, technical, and project management support to a Senior Executive and their leadership team.

- Serves as a strategic business partner - trusted confidante, liaison, and executive stand-in - providing guidance and input regarding company and business affairs.

- Builds and maintains relationships crucial to the success of the Executive and the organization, and represents the Company and the Executive’s office to the organization as well as external visitors.

- Should be well-versed in office management, technical tools, e-mail monitoring, calendar management, meeting scheduling, presentation creation, visa applications, expense report completion, ensuring manager is prepared for meetings, management of purchase orders, software applications, and coordinating travel for business meetings. Must be professional and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.

Support Sales HQ Team

- Support SVP's key operation team based in Dubai (including calendar management of Senior Director).

You should be agile and responsive to sensing/feedback, a powerful collaborator, and eager to learn new things. You will be a critical partner to department leadership as well as an important member of the team.

Job Qualifications

We believe you would be an excellent fit here if you have:

A minimum of a four-year college degree or equivalent

3-5 years of executive assistant experience

Strong technology skills and a proficiency in Outlook, WebEx, Lync/Skype, Excel, PowerPoint and collaboration technologies.

Proven ability to communicate in English (written and spoken).
