The Opportunity
The Executive Advisor, IT Service Delivery Manager is a highly visible role with significant responsibilities and strong development potential. The candidate for this role will be able to excel in daily interaction with top officers in the company and their executive assistants.
This role develops skills dealing with senior executive offices and knowledge of P&G business operations at the highest levels.
This role is based in the Cincinnati General Offices with occasional daily work at the Mason Business Center and Winton Hill Business Center and occasional business travel in support of the Global Leadership Council globally.
Job Responsibilities

Working directly with senior leaders and their executive assistants with quiet confidence.
·
Providing basic IT trouble shooting and support and assist executive leadership with new technology.
·
Identify opportunities and solutions to assist executive offices and lead teams to improve their business processes.
·
Ability to provide root cause analysis for system wide issues and engage appropriate solution and system to owners to resolve.
·
Ability to provide deskside support to users as needed.
·
Conduct risk and information security assessment and annual updates to the corporate IT architecture application database.
·
IT service management responsibilities including managing and evolving team-specific tools in a variety of software systems including ServiceNow, Office 365, Workday, Concur, team dashboards, and analytics.

Providing feedback to key business and IT services, as well as communications to executives and their assistants (announcements, system outages, upgrades, etc)

Job Qualifications
Required
·
Bachelor’s/associate degree in relevant field
·
Technical ability with a variety of software platforms (Microsoft Teams, WebEx, Concur, Workday) and a variety of computers systems (PC, Mac, Tablet)
·
Provide basic IT trouble shooting and support and ability to quickly learn new technology.
·
Personal passion for consumer technology, especially in rapidly evolving areas (mobility, video, devices)
·
Client and/or executive management experience in IT meeting and computer solution services.
·
Emotional Intelligence/Working Collaboratively: Proficiency to interact with senior leaders and their executive assistants with quiet confidence including the ability to read body language and infer their true needs.
·
Interpersonal Skills: Develop the trust to enable more strategic business transformation opportunities. Ability to be graceful under pressure, can empathize and emote with others.
·
Very strong written and oral communications skills.
·
Ready to travel to the executive’s home within a 50-mile radius of the general office; assist with executive technical help 24X7 on rare occasions
Preferred

Previous support customer service experience
·

Systematic problem identification and resolution is core to the work.
·
Application Management – service as the application owner for a tool unique to the Board of Directors or Global Leadership Council.

Ability to work contract issues, interact with the business owner, and manage the vendor.
·
Conduct risk and information security assessment and annual updates to the corporate IT architecture application database.
