What will you do?
You will initially join the Pampers Manufacturing Team as an Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Technician, a role vital to the success of our business!
The manufacturing process is designed around complex electrical and mechanical production lines. Your priority would be flexibility while delivering a high-quality service on time. As an E&I Technician, we value your knowledge and skill in solving some complex problems. From the beginning, you will work on a multi-skilled team that is responsible for keeping production flowing, meeting performance goals and maintaining the high level of quality that consumers expect from our products. You will be an integral part of our organisation supporting the production lines to improve efficiency and eliminate unplanned stops and breakdowns. This role is key to our ongoing success as we continue our journey of increasing standards of performance.

Manchester Plant operates 24 hrs per day, 7 days a week and you would be required to work a 7 day continental shift pattern. Over the course of your career, you may fulfill other roles on different shift patterns.

Qualifications
You will be a good fit for this role if:
· You are a qualified Electrician
· You have experience working in a FMCG/production environment
· You have a proven ability to fault find and fix complex equipment and process issues
· You have experience fault finding and programming PLC’s
· You have experience working in a team
· You have strong technical, interpersonal and analytical skills that enable you to implement change and drive improvements
· You want to develop yourself in a challenging career.
