This role will be supporting multiple teams & stakeholders to ensure we understand the learning needs, are able to organize trainings to address them. The execution of these will require planning & agility. Additionally, the individual will be a key enabler in the digitization journey by ensuring they are adept at managing learning platforms, learning tools & systems etc.
Your team
You will report to the E&T Pillar leader for the APAC Planning Service Center (PSC) and will be working closing with capability team, HR team & their leaders.

You ensure we coordinate perfectly the plan to address the needs, quickly meet the gaps by executing trainings and qualification completion. One should also have exceptional communication and people skills to navigate through our large organization and externally with suppliers and vendors. Most importantly, one should be meticulous and systematic to ensure no misses.
Responsibilities
Core Curriculum Delivery
•Lead all aspects of logistics for classroom courses held in Singapore (including regional courses) in order to provide best in class support to trainers. Logistics include room booking, room set-up, catering, handouts, hardcopy of training materials and media.
•Manage communication to participants including reminders, pre-work, registration, cancellation, etc.
•Set up training preparation and post-training meetings with trainers and provide all relevant materials for meeting.
•Work with external vendors (where needed) on purchasing of materials, trainers, etc.
•Manage the entire enrollment/cancellation process including 100% use of Learning Management system as a Learning & Development Administrator.
•Manage measuring and Tracking system for feedback evaluation
•Provide vital data to SG L&D Manager/Specialist for quarterly Asia L&D Scorecard review.
•Coordinate tabletop review sessions if held in Singapore
SG PSC Branding & Marketing
•Create Corporate Training Calendar for E&T Website
•Leverage all local tools and vehicle to effectively communicate and advertise the calendar
•Educate employees on course registration, SG L&D policies, etc.
Budget Responsibility
•Handle budget needed for upcoming training sessions and prepare relevant expense reports
•Responsible for appropriate use of resources (training material renewals, lunches, etc.)
•Handle all invoicing-related processes, including payment to external vendors.
Qualifications
•0-4 years of working experience
•Able to work independently and problem-solve for issues
•Meticulous and organized; able to execute and meet deadlines
•Excellent written and spoken interpersonal skills; ability to work across cultures and with diverse range of people
•Be flexible and accessible during peak periods of work
