1) Work with Distributor's Sales Leadership in developing and executing plans to build sales team next generation capabilities.
2) Build distributor's sales team capability on how to assess an efficient coverage model while delivering on fundamentals and sales objectives.
3) Ensure a strong execution for P&G Corporate/channel Programs (Such as retail coverage plan, wholesale activation, Premium Store program. Etc).
4) Propose ideas/action to accelerate the growth through reviewing Sales fundamentals' scorecard with the distributor's sales team.

Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Graduates from top Business / Engineering School
· Legally eligible to work in Iran
· A minimum of 3-year relevant experience in FMCG sector
· Very good knowledge of written and spoken English (on top of Persian)
· Strong leadership, communication and creativity skills
