The ALICS Infrastructure Regional Project Manager leads a technical team to deliver projects in P&G Plants, Warehouses and Distribution Centers.

Project Management includes the planning and estimating of work, leading execution, communicating inside and outside the project team, delivering to agreed project specifications (cost/resources, time, scope, quality), applying relevant practices and methods to accelerate and optimize project effectiveness and speed, running changes in specifications and plans, following compliance requirements, and foreseeing and resolving risks, issues, and opportunities.

Program Management work includes designing the program’s value, establishing organization and leadership connections, planning costs, schedule, risks, and business transformations, and ensuring compliance across all projects that interrelate to form the program.

Project and Program Managers must be experienced in selecting and using appropriate methodologies and tools that fit the project or program needs and their team’s capabilities

Job Responsibilities

Project Management for IT Infrastructure Projects

· 
Execute and lead multiple projects of similar nature in parallel. These projects will be under the same program but will have with unique parameters.

· 
Respond to project issues through action such as identifying solutions and removing obstacles to drive quality project completion.

· 
Apply different and appliable project management methodologies as needed

Service Management

· 
Understand and effectively articulate the different service offerings that provide application hosting capability in P&G

· 
Effectively articulate value and cost of solution options from different points of view such as a service owner, service consumer and external suppliers.

· 
Guide and control standardization of application hosting services

· 
Facilitate efficient interaction with internal service customers through onboarding and continual education.

Vendor Relationship Management

· 
Handle relationship with key suppliers for project and service execution

· 
Find opportunity areas for cost and service optimization

· 
Build, maintain and use measurement tools for service quality and quantity with suppliers

Job Qualifications

Role Requirements

· 
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience or higher in IT or Computer Science

· 
3+ years of shown experience in project management

· 
Basic knowledge on Core IT Infrastructure facilities (Rack, UPS, HVAC), Data Network (LAN/WAN/Firewall), Servers (OS, Infrastructure)

· 
Basic knowledge and experience on Virtualization Technology (hosting, storage, backup, hypervisors)

· 
Basic understanding on IT Continuity and Disaster Recovery concepts and requirements

· 
Proficient communication skills (both speaking and writing) in English
