Our new Digital Designer UI/UX role requires a motivated designer who can generate and bring new ideas to life. You will deliver intuitive, effective, on-brand, and on-strategy UI/UX for apps, websites & product interfaces. The ideal candidate will possess superior visualization and digital storytelling skills and able to rapidly prototype ideas.

Your team
The P&G Research & Development Innovation Design Studio at the Singapore Innovation Centre at Biopolis, offers the unique opportunity to work in a team of designers on early stage ideas / innovations, through design conceptualization all the way to launch.

Our Singapore Innovation Design studio comprises of an enthusiastic team of Industrial Designers, Digital Designers & CMF expertise working across Hair Care, Skin & Personal Care categories.

How success looks like
Success in this role is based on the ability to leverage design mastery to rapidly ideate & prototype digital content. This enables us to learn with consumers on how P&G can deliver engaging digital experiences with accessible, elegant & intuitive interfaces.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and prototype of product interfaces, apps, engaging social media platforms, websites
• Translate strategy & wireframes into simple, easy-to-use User Interfaces & visualizations
• Design usability tests and optimize based on learnings
• Ensure digital assets are aligned with usability and ensure consistency and integrity of the creative vision

Qualifications

·  Bachelor’s degree in Digital Design, UI/UX Design, Interactive Design, Communication Design, New Media Design, or Digital Advertising Design
·  1-5 years of relevant experience
·  Portfolio demonstrating digital design expertise
·  Proficiency in UI/UX development is required
·  Adobe Creative Suite products – Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD or other UI design applications, experience with Shopify, BigCommerce, WIX or other website template-based platforms, Html/Css familiarity.
·  Demonstrated experience in UX research methodologies
·  Demonstrated experience in UI development for e-commerce, Website Design (Desktop/Mobile/Responsive) & App Design (iOS/Android) with knowledge of development principles
