DESCRIPTION

We are looking for Data Scientist to join the Data / Model Science capability team to work with multiple Business unit teams within R&D Europe

As a Data Scientist, you will be a business leader and you'll be able to transform and enable better decision-making through the usage of advanced analytics.

At P&G we demonstrate advanced machine learning methods to solve R&D problems – ranging from developing smart products and personalizing consumer experiences generating consumer insights from complex data sources. The Data Scientist could effectively use various data sources, machine learning and deep learning algorithms and beyond, partnering with multiple functional teams to generate insight and actionable recommendation from data for R&D innovation.

Qualifications

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible to

·Work closely with Scientists and Engineers to translate business challenges into clear problem statements.

·Use existing or develop new algorithms to model the data and solve the technical problem.

·Partner with team to realize rich media (text/image/video) solutions at global scale.

·Communicate effectively with working team to turn data into insight, facilitate decision making and product innovation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

You are passionate about Technical and Scientific background.

You are a talented and highly motivated graduate from University, Technical University with

Master Program or PhD in Computational Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics or Electrical Engineering.

You fit perfectly to us if you …

·Have special skills in Information Technology, Statistics

·Have validated abilities to handle multiple priorities well

·Have strong written and verbal communications skills

·Have extensive experience with wide range of advanced machine learning methods

·Have in depth understanding of Deep Learning and experience with imaging applications

·Have proficient knowledge with Python including Pandas, NumPy and Scikit-learn

·Have practical experience with large datasets and a deep learning platform in e.g. Tensor flow, Torch, etc. is a plus
