What will you do?

Responsible for leading and influencing the technical direction of the Cross Action department. Directs the process technical work of others and leads cross-Job Family teams as needed. Identifies, prioritizes and eliminates process losses. Responsible for building the process capability and control. Responsible for defining equipment standards, leading process benchmarking and reapplication, and building capability to do technical troubleshooting and process improvement.

Technical Engineer Responsibilities:

· 
Define scope (SOW definition), supplier choice for work execution

· 
Review of design and alignment with key stakeholders (operations, QA, HSE)

· 
Prepare test plan for new equipment with support of cross functional team

· 
Deliver project respecting safety, quality and stewardship Support the project manager in funding process for key documents (estimate, Technical base plan, etc.)

· 
Support the project manager for communication internally and externally to the plant

Just So You Know:

Starting Salary Range: $85K - 115K

Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
