Overview of the job

Do you want to continue your learning in the company known as the "Sales school"? Then, our Trade Marketing Manager (Sales) role is for you!

The sales department transforms yesterday's narrow selling concept of buyer-seller relationships with our customers into a multifunctional, collaborative approach to achieve our mutual volume, profit, and market share objectives. As the Strategy Planning Manager, you will be responsible for developing a superior in-store presence of our brands in a defined geographic territory with a number of our customers. You will work collaboratively with experts from P&G, including Finance, Management Systems, Customer Service, and Brand Management, to develop the right business strategies and business plans to deliver sustainable competitive advantage for our brands in the marketplace. You will be leading a significant part of our business and immediately see the results of your work.

Your team

You will join the business development team (Sales) and report to the Business Development Director. It would be best to work closely with multidisciplinary functions to deliver the business result.

How success looks like

Your success would be based on the operational and project work you're doing, which would be reviewed quarterly. Your manager would provide full support through continuous mentoring and coaching.

Responsibilities:

Our assignments offer you the chance to create an immediate impact on the business while you continue to build your analytical, technical, and leadership skills. You will play a role in setting strategy, decision-making, business planning, and analysis across all business aspects. You will work as the Business Development leader on a team with representatives from various other functions.

· 
Establish the correct retailer performance standards for our brands (distribution, shelving, pricing, assortment, and merchandising strategies). Proactively develop plans to close the gaps;

· 
Trade investment funds budget planning and optimization;

· 
Ensure product launch plans of new P&G products are designed to meet success criteria among strategic retailers.

· 
Delivers winning building blocks for a market/channel, including strong plans for base and innovation.

· 
Develops category growth strategies and strong conceptual selling

· 
Delivers Enhanced Business Planning process (EBP) and works with Selling teams for activation

· 
Ensures strategies are consistent with the company’s stewardship guidelines.

Job Qualifications

Role Requirements

·  Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field with an excellent academic background
·  Must have more than one year of experience in sales or a trade marketing-related area
·  Must have proven success from school or work experience of strong leadership Have strong analytical thinking and skills
·  Curious individuals can make complex decisions using all the available data but are comfortable enough to use their gut feeling and instinct when these are missing.
·  Proficient in English and Thai
·  Hold a valid driver's license and Be flexible to relocate as your assignment could require
