Overview of the Role

Would you like to be in the driver's seat designing FMCG marketing strategies and distribution plans? Do you enjoy designing and building capability to drive superior retail execution and sales fundamentals? We're looking for a Corporate Market Strategy and Planning Director for APAC!

As a Corporate MS&P Director at P&G, you will be responsible for designing and delivering superior retail presence for P&G in APAC markets through projects linked to in-store fundamentals, sales digitization and other commercial projects. He/she will also be responsible for building the capability of teams in the India & APAC markets on commercial strategies.

Your team

This role reports to Senior Director, Sales for APAC. You will also engage with multi-disciplinary teams such as Brand, Finance and Product Supply to drive Sales growth in the region.

• Become a trusted business partner internally and externally by influencing, driving alignment and accelerating results with expertise in B&C.

• Become the Center of Excellence by equipping your team with guidance, findings and methodologies to lead business development in their respective customers.

• Enable P&G to innovate the retail dynamics and bring value for P&G, customers, and consumers

Responsibilities

• Design and execution of outstanding sales automation tools that enables execution of Sales Fundamentals as per goals in 100% of stores, 100% of times

• Design and expand next generation trade fund management systems to enable delivery of trade fund savings

• Design and integrate digital tools to maximize return on investment from Point of Sale Materials

• Build capabilities across markets on sales fundamentals execution

• Build capability of market teams to design trade term framework

• Collaborate with markets to identify next S curve ideas for retail execution

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years work experience in FMCG sales
• Minimum 2 years experience of handing distributor business in Asia markets with heavy general trade segment like India or Indonesia
• Must have experience of leading joint business plans with modern retail customers national or global banners
• Must have led sales digitisation projects at a national level for his/her organization in large general trade heavy markets
• Experience of working across Modern Retail & General trade with a good understanding of Key Business Drivers of all channels
• Experience of trade terms design and negotiations with modern retail customers
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Proven track record of working in multi-cultural and multi-functional skills
