In the Consumer & Market Knowledge Team, we are expert in data analysis, market research and consumer immersions.
We use this expertise to directly influence business strategy, product design, pricing, shelf appearance, media investments and much more.
We use our boundless curiosity to discover what consumers want, why they want it & how we can serve their needs better.
On this role you will...
· Actively seek to discover opportunities for delighting consumers by uncovering insights and understanding behavioral patterns and work with business teams to turn these into new ideas and plans for our brands;
· Become an expert in a broad range of analytical and insight development methods. One day you could be exploring human decision-making & how the brain works and another deep-diving into big data sets to spot patterns and share key takeaways to shape P&G business strategies;
· Be part of a multi-functional business team, working closely with Brand Management, Finance, Sales, Research & Development and others;
Combine soft skills with analytical skills and use integrative thinking to turn data findings to action;
· Grow your skills day-in, day-out, by connecting with internal & external experts and by exchanging your findings with the CMK family.
Job Qualifications

· Eager to work in teams and influence across levels and functions;
· Passionate about consumer insights and eager to learn from and talk with consumers;
· Creative in finding solutions to business issues and working with a variety of data sources;
· Proficient in English and French;
· Graduated from a Master's Degree or PhD: we value a wide range of relevant fields of study and backgrounds, including business, IT, social studies or anthropology /psychology;
· Demonstrating strong analytical skills including a good understanding of statistical methods and building mathematical models;
· Showing good programming skills (e.g. Python, Knime etc) and understanding of Data-Analysis Tools (e.g. Power-BI, Tableau etc.) would be a plus
