This is a fixed term contract role for 1 Year based out of Bangalore

Overview of the job

A Trial Channel Manager will be handling at least 1 site. They are responsible for planning, deploying, driving Brand Activation plans and strategies to deliver the planned trials, thereby growing brand penetration, attain category leadership and grow P&G business through repurchase.

Your Team

This role reports to the Brand Director. You must have good command over communication skills and collaboration skills.

How Success Looks Like

·  Assist the Distributor trial Team in supervising Trial and Work Days delivery as well as other crucial metrics, including participating in routine drumbeat meetings with the Distributor Owner.
·  Enable Trial Organization's continuing training and capability calendar with Distributor Partners
·  Work towards distributor and agency partners, the on-site execution team, back-room operations, and the depot are adhering to the highest standards of controls and stewardship.

Key Responsibilities of the Role

·  Coordinate in-market execution including Brand Toolkit Adherence.
·  Attending regular drumbeat meetings with the distributor team
·  Responsible for enabling ongoing training and capability calendar of Trial Organization along with distributor partners.
·  Ensure the highest standards of controls and stewardship across distributor and agency partners and on-ground execution team
·  Check the backroom operations and depot systems for better performance.

Job Qualifications

Requirements (skills/experiences) for the role:

·  Postgraduate/ Undergraduate in Marketing/Operations/Retail
·  Minimum 2+ years of experience in FMCG/Retail Companies (Preferred)
·  Open and flexible to travel - Proficiency in English & local language - Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
·  Have experience leading change and developing organizations
·  Have strong written and verbal communication skills
·  Desired Skills: What would make you an excellent fit?
·  You must have knowledge of market dynamics of the area - You have knowledge of channel sales across different types of outlets- MM, HFS, WS - Expertise in financial management, P&L of stockists - Led teams of 20 or more, driving capability building, performance management - Knowledge of Joint Business Planning, engaging top stores, running WS meets, canvass meetings - Distributor infrastructure development & management - Knowledge of working with multi-functional teams, good understanding of logistics operations Just so you know:
