As the CDL (Core Data Lake) Data Governance Data Asset Manager you will:

· 
Execute data governance policies and procedures for CDL (Core Data Lake) data pipelines.

· 
Act as trusted expert for data governance processes, policies and procedures.

· 
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that data pipeline design and development align with data governance policies.

· 
Collaborate with Data Publishers and Subscribers in order to secure the highest quality of data needed for governance activities.

· 
Monitor and analyze data pipeline performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize pipeline efficiency.

· 
Review and analyze existing data and documentation and propose improvements, both ad-hoc and long term.

· 
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal data governance policies, including data privacy, security, and quality standards.

· 
Reinforce data governance rules and guidelines.

Job Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate equipped in a combination of technical expertise and soft skills, most importantly:

· 
Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Management Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

· 
English proficiency.

· 
Experience with Data Governance/Data Management in a corporate, IT, data related roles.

· 
Autonomous to be self-paced and deliver in timing, based on business need / priority.

· 
Problem-solving attitude.

· 
Strong understanding of data governance principles: The candidate should have a deep understanding of data governance concepts, frameworks, policies, and procedures.

· 
Technical expertise: The candidate should have a strong technical background in data management, data quality, metadata management.

· 
Analytical skills: The candidate should have excellent analytical skills to analyze complex data-related issues and come up with effective solutions.

· 
Communication skills: The candidate should have excellent communication skills to articulate complex data governance concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

· 
Regulatory compliance knowledge: The candidate should have a good understanding of data privacy and data security.

· 
Continuous learning: The candidate should have a passion for continuous learning and keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data governance.

· 
Leadership skills in terms of ability to influence internally and externally and build beneficial partnerships within P&G’s and with external partners.

· 
SCRUM experience is an asset.

· 
DAMA certification is an asset.
