The Pilot Plant Operator completes essential pilot lab work, providing support to the Research and Development Scientists, Engineers, and Researchers in the technology and product development process. In their work, Pilot Plant Operators contribute to the fundamental technology understanding needed for important technical programs. Pilot Plant Operators are responsible for independently completing assigned tasks on time with high quality, learning new pilot lab skills when required.
As a key member of the pilot research lab organization, you will be an instrumental part of the team by performing the staging and clean-up of all pilot research labs. You will support Researchers with equipment operation, equipment set up/cleanup and sanitization as well as manufacture batches independently while conducting all assigned work in compliance with P&G safety and quality requirements.

Meaningful work on Day 1
We do various types of work, including running high-speed packing equipment, controlling the process from a computer terminal, and performing preventive maintenance on equipment. From the beginning, you will be impacting situations and influencing business-related problems.

You will be responsible for:
Performing clean up of pilot research lab, maintain good manufacturing practice (GMP) conditions
Managing equipment set up and sanitization
Staging of bulk materials & supplies
Supporting operation of batch making, filling & gassing processes
We believe in order to be able to perform on the job, you should have knowledge or experience with:
Research Lab or plant operation experience in Manufacturing
Aerosol and liquid filling processing
Batch making
Safety & quality compliance, GMP compliance
Maintaining accurate records and data
Displaying strong technical, interpersonal and analytical skills
Qualifications
We believe you will be an excellent fit here if you are:
18 years of age or older
Have a minimum of a high school diploma, GED or equivalent education and 1 year minimum experience in a plant or lab environment
Experience or Education at a Trade School, Science Background, Medical or Cosmotology terminology
Read/Speak English
Wear required safety personal protective equipment (eye protection, ear protection, safety shoes)
