Job description

The Identity and Access Management (IAM) organization provides a secure, integrated, efficient, enterprise wide IAM Services to enable efficient and effective protection of P&G information assets and ensure IT access is aligned with business need.

The IAM Azure Active Directory DevOps Engineer is responsible for operational and engineering activities in Azure Active Directory and Azure Active Directory Services. This role is also responsible for driving ITIL-based problem and incident management processes for Azure AD either in an escalation capacity or through activities of Tier 2 Operations Analysts to whom problems or incidents are assigned for troubleshooting and solving.

Responsibilities:

·  Deploy, design, and manage Microsoft Entra solutions (Azure AD, Azure AD DS)
·  Handle and support configuration of Enterprise Applications, App registrations and Graph API permissions
·  Configure, manage, and support Azure AD connect instances in P&G environment
·  Deploy and maintain Windows Hello for Business
·  Configure and lead Azure AD conditional access
·  Configure and run Azure AD B2B
·  Manage lifecycle for cloud only groups and users
·  Enhance cybersecurity through standards that align with a Zero Trust Architecture
·  Develop, define, and maintain standards and supporting documentation while adhering to standard methodologies
·  Evaluate existing systems, processes, and vendors, identifying any design gaps or risks
·  Work both independently and collaboratively with other IT teams, vendors, technology leaders, as well as end-users when necessary
·  Serve as a technical escalation point for cloud-based technologies, providing education and transfer of knowledge

Job Qualifications

·  Experience in identity systems infrastructure support and administration
·  Experience working with Microsoft Azure AD and Microsoft 365 in a hybrid environment
·  Experience in extending or integrating on premises AD with Azure AD
·  Experience with ticket solving and ticket routing in Service Now and Jira
·  Excellent troubleshooting skills
·  Good time management skills and experience with asset management.
·  Verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details in business language and relate technical concepts to a business impact
·  Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent judgement, and possess a passion for continuous learning
·  Understanding of Azure AD P1 and P2 licensing requirements

Working knowledge of any of the following topics will be a plus:

·  Industry standard SSO technologies and protocols (SAML, OAuth2.0, OpenID Connect, WS-Fed, FIDO, SCIM, LDAP, Kerberos, NTLM)
·  Identity Governance
·  Privileged Access Management
·  Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune & Autopilot)
·  Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
·  Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance
·  Microsoft Information Protection
·  Microsoft Azure Automation Update management
·  PowerShell, KQL and Terraform scripting
