Are you a pilot student passionate about aviation? Have you ever wondered about the difference between corporate and commercial aviation? The Procter & Gamble Co. Aviation Pilot Internship will provide you with an outstanding work and learning experience over the course of the summer!
This is a paid internship that reports to the Chief Pilot. You can expect to perform multiple internship assigned projects, daily duties & responsibilities, and planned professional development courses during your summer in Cincinnati. Your flight activities will include observation flights to allow you to gain insight and experience into life as a corporate pilot. Your flight experience will include the opportunity to participate in both overnight and international flights. As the flight schedule allows, your flight orientation will be cap stoned by a week of systems and simulator recurrent training with a P&G crew in either the G650 or CL350 aircraft.
During your internship, you will also get exposure to P&G employees & executives and get the chance to network & join activities with other P&G interns.
OTHER DUTIES WHILE YOU ARE HERE MIGHT INCLUDE :
· 3-4 work and research projects.
· Daily responsibilities as assigned.
· Observation and participation in scheduled trips, both domestic and international.
· Professional development in Corporate Aviation leading to technical credit based on performance and approval.
Job Qualifications
We are looking for pilot students pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an aviation related field (professional pilot curriculum preferred) to have:
· A minimum junior status in a Bachelor’s program or minimum first year in a Master’s program, returning in fall semester.
· Instrument pilot rating complete and at least enrolled in Commercial and/or Multi-Engine flight course by start of internship.
· High academic standing.
· A hardworking curiosity regarding corporate aviation as a career option.
· The willingness to share your experiences and provide feedback to students and faculty at your school upon return from the program.
Starting Pay Range: $29-$50 /hr
Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience. At P&G compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Total Rewards at P&G include salary + bonus (if applicable) + benefits.
