P&G North America Oral Care is an exciting and fast paced business. P&G's Oral Care R&D organization is a dynamic, high performance organization. This assignment offers a unique opportunity to create product and commercial innovations from conceptual start to final market delivery.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a Master’s or Bachelor degree, preferably in a science oriented field.
Seeking the following qualities:
· Leadership - A passionate advocate of the consumer with a business-driven mentality. Ability to get things done and execute with urgency.
· Strong Collaboration - Ability to collaborate with and influence multifunctional partners to positively influence go-to-market executions. Ability to effectively manage interactions with team members to prioritize, gain alignment, and meet project team needs.
· Agility - The ability to change plans to meet the business needs requires agility and the mental balance to be able to switch gears when needed. An ability to set priorities, be accountable, and successfully navigate project complexities to lead work from conceptual start to final delivery to market.
· Effective Communication - Ability to effectively communicate in written reports, definitive emails and verbally to line management and multifunctional partners on a breadth of complex projects.
· Research skills - Technical curiosity, mine technical and consumer data for insights, develop commercial claims and demonstrations supported by product technology.
