Artwork Coordinator
Location: Geneva
Are you looking to take your career to the next level?
We are looking for an Artwork Coordinator to support the end to end artwork execution process. This key appointment will lead artwork reviews with the multi-functional team, agencies and management to confirm capacity and capability to support the business.
Artwork is a critical business activity as it provides the information needed for consumer & regulatory/legal communications to manage products through supply chains to point of purchase.

With us you will:
· Have responsibility and accountability on the end to end artwork process
· Work multi-functionally (Design Delivery Service, Regulatory, Packaging Development, Supply Planning) to deliver artworks on time with great quality
· Establishpositive relationships with external suppliers (Design agencies, RA consultants)
· Conduct analysis and make recommendation to improve tools and work process
· Recognise your own work when buying our products at your favourite pharmacy/drug store
· Have an individual training plan, develop personal capability and grow your career within a Global environment
Qualifications
Apply if you have:
· Havevalidated Artwork experience within the Pharma industry and be confident working in a highly regulated environment
· Proven collaboration & communication skills within a FMCG/Pharma Packaging sector
· Confirmed Project Management experience
· Proficiencyin English
· Excellent analytical, problem solving and negotiating skills
· Ability to influence functions and levels to resolve conflict
· Able to handle frequent changes and multiple priorities
