Do you love diving into data sets? Would you enjoy telling consumer-based stories and helping others see the benefit of data-based decision-making? As an Analytics and Insights Manager at P&G, you are a Business Leader: you should be an effective communicator, results-oriented, and able to drive insights into actions that improve P&G’s business results.

You’ll need to mine multiple data sources, derive meaningful insights, and translate sophisticated results or algorithms into simple conclusions that will empower the business to take action to win with consumers. You will be a primary driver of delivering insights that will educate and influence key business decision-making with our Customer and Brand teams. Business knowledge, data analysis, and interpersonal skills are needed to thrive in this multi-functional leadership team.

Our analytics and insight managers are diverse business leaders who apply technological skills to deliver ground-breaking business models and capabilities. You would involve one or more of building algorithms / Analytic IP targeted at redefining strategic decisions, or operations by bringing sophisticated analytics and cognitive science into our core work processes or connecting with consumers and shoppers to bring in insights.

What Success Looks Like

· 
You would be a consultant to the business leaders and help identify underlying problems and solutions using existing internal and external datasets.

· 
You have a passion for understanding the wicked problems in the organization and lead solving critical problems. This includes crafting new algorithms, leveraging new forms of data, or mining insights from shoppers. You will use sophisticated predictive & statistical models and/or qualitative approaches to tackle problems.

· 
You have collaboration skills to partner with other IT professionals to embed the models into new systems of activity.

Job Qualifications

· 
Bachelors or Master's Degree - preferred quantitative fields include Economic Theory, Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science Computer Science, Operations Research, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Math, Business Information Systems, or related degree)

· 
Preferably but not a must 1 to 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst proven record of embedding sophisticated analytics into business processes. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

· 
Proficient in basic and advanced analytics software including Excel, Power BI, Spotfire, Tableau, KNIME, etc

· 
Possess strong technical skills, comfortable with SQL, R, and/or Python and various modeling approaches

· 
Strong leadership record, exhibiting both abilities to engage clients and work within a team

· 
Excellent written and good communication skills to influence others to take action.
