Internship overview
As a Finance and Human Resources Intern at P&G, you will have the opportunity to contribute to both finance and HR functions, providing a complete understanding of the business. This internship is designed for students with a strong interest in finance, HR practices, and the integration of these functions within a corporate setting.
Responsibilities:
The main responsibility as a Finance intern is to provide financial leadership in the plant operations. You will be in charge of identifying efficiencies in the operations and develop reporting tools, to grow your leadership and financial management skills while improving your collaborative abilities. We make sure that you will receive a customized learning plan to ensure you get the right levels of coaching, mentorship, and formal training as you deliver your work.
As a Human Resources intern you will have truly meaningful projects to work on. We believe in the concept of ownership for your projects, but we will provide you the right amount of support to develop your leadership skills. All our Human Resources roles provide the chance to define your skills, apply them in a professional setting, and have a direct impact on business results. At this internship, your projects will deliver innovative deep understanding in Human Resources areas and in other plant related fields.

Job Qualifications
Qualifications:
· Currently enrolled in a finance, human resources, or related program.
· Strong analytical and organizational skills.
· Have good command of both spoken and written English;
· Are a student of final years of studies or fresh graduate (up to 12 months after graduation) of all faculties;
· Available at least 3 months up to 6 months;
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to both finance and HR functions.
· No experience is required , however initial understanding and exposure gathered via engagement in e.g. student organizations, volunteering, internships, education or courses in the area will be considered as an advantage.
