Marketing Coordinator – Brands & License – 12 month FTC

Purpose of role:

Working within the Customer & Brand team, the role will support the License Product Business Partner with coordinating the required information for all marketing campaigns and product launches.

What You’ll Do:
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:
·  Build professional relationships with external partners & develop a good understanding of their brand guidelines to ensure seamless sign offs of all marketing assets.
·  Co-ordinate all marketing content approvals with external partners and internal marketing teams.
·  Act as the conduit between central License, the Customer & Brand and Digital teams, to ensure that relevant deadlines are communicated and delivered alongside current business’ commitments.
·  Support with all License related queries across the Product, Customer & Brand and Retail teams.
·  Responsible for all sample organisation between both the buying & marketing departments, meeting all deadlines and communicating between the teams on sample availability.
·  Responsible for all product rack up’s alongside the Buying teams to ensure full details are executed and product is handed over on time.
·  Work alongside the Marketing Planning team to ensure they are up to date on all launch dates.
·  Supporting the Marketing Planning Co-ordinator with proformas, trackers and building out the marketing 360 overviews per campaign.
·  Be a point of contact between VM and retail on launch executions in all regions.

·  Experience in working with multiple stakeholders across Marketing teams.
·  Proven ability to work closely with external partners with a professional attitude.
·  Confident user of MS Office and Teams.
·  Degree educated or relevant Retail experience.
·  Highly collaborative with a positive attitude
·  A good understanding of fashion, styling and the creative marketing process.
·  Highly organised and detail-oriented, possessing the ability to effectively prioritise projects and deliverables whilst meeting deadlines set by management.
·  Effective planning and organisation skills and ability to prioritize various tasks
·  Great attention to detail and an ability to analyse and interrogate high volumes of information as well as demonstrating an ability to focus on higher level overview.
·  Be a collaborative partner with advanced interpersonal/communication skills, while demonstrating high levels of emotional intelligence and possess the ability to push back with professionalism.
·  Proven ability in developing effective working relationships across all levels of the organisation.
·  Operates with a high level of integrity, diplomacy, tact and professionalism.
·  Effective presentation skills, including the ability to present complex product information in an understandable manner to the Customer & Brand team.
·  Sound judgement, unquestionable ethics and integrity with high degree of transparency and trust.
