Your mission
We are recruiting a VIE Junior Product Manager Oncology at Pierre Fabre's Belgium subsidiary (Brussels), to join the oncology healthcare area and work with the Marketing team and cross-functionally with the medical, regulatory, market access and field teams.

Missions
· As part of the Marketing team, you will work cross-functionally with the medical, regulatory, market access and field teams. You will be mainly responsible for the development of Pierre Fabre Oncology treatments in Luxembourg (70%) and will support the Brand Lead Belgium (30%).
Main responsibilities & tasks
· Cross functional engagement throughout the team roles supporting brand team sessions
· Benelux Omni Channel (medical) marketing communication in English (our business language)
· Full team member of the marketing team focus on Belux region with your own pilot country, being Luxembourg
· Execution of the marketing strategy to tactics of our indications and product portfolio – using supportive generative tools and channels
· Establish professional and long-term relationships with key stakeholders
· Co-development and implementation of tactical brand plan
· Building professional and long-term relationships with key stakeholders
· Anticipate and monitor market developments
· Contribute to successful launches
· Budget, forecast and supply management
· International cross functional projects (congresses, best practices)
· Adapt materials, campaigns and global strategies to meet local needs, while respecting local regulatory constraints
· Operational part: regular exchanges with external service providers, ordering, printing and stock management of promotional and non-promotional materials
· Creation of Linkedin communications for the French-language page
Who you are ?
Master's degree in pharmacy, biomedical with a specialization in marketing or business management
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Minimum 1 year relevant work experience
- Experience in oncology is considered a plus
- Experience in marketing and/or patient support is a plus
- Proficiency in Canva is considered a plus
