We have been working also in the area are related to the treatment of infantile hemangiomas and oncology. 

Your mission

·  Lead, motivate, manage and provide follow-up for a team on the field in order to increase sales for the respective brands
·  Ensure the objectives are achieved by the team in accordance with the company strategy
·  Support and supervise the team activities
·  Responsible for execution of balanced and effective sales routes, respecting ABC analyses and future potential
·  As a representative of Middle Management, act as an interface between the field and head office
·  Recognize business opportunities based on the customer need and company strategy
·  Follow up on major accounts and other specific customers
·  Responsible for the development of long term, sustainable partnership with Major Clients and key Decision Makers.

Who you are ?

·  Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration
·  Sales experience (at least three to five years)
·  Analytical skills, problem solving skills, risk management
·  Ability to lead and develop a team
·  Persuasion skills
