Summary:
Pierre Fabre USA is expanding their commercialization efforts in the US and is looking to strengthen sales support for our national accounts. In this role, you will have responsibility for working on the Avene skincare brand and the Klorane Hair care brand. The National Accounts Operations and Analytics Manager will report to the Chief Commercial Officer, Field Sales and will assist with operational tasks for the National Accounts Team including but not limited to the Chain Drug, Specialty Beauty and Premium Mass channels accounts.
Brief Description of Essential Responsibilities:
· Assists the National Account team with project management including timelines, key deliverables and operational execution while engaging with various cross functional teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, Education, Finance & Visual Merchandising) to ensure exceptional execution of the operational elements of the annual sales plans.
· Collaborate with the National Account Sales Team in executing sales operational processes that enable commercial team members to focus on customer-facing revenue generating activities; overall performance, profitability and growth opportunities.
· Leverages syndicated data sources to provide actionable insights and drive business strategy for the National Accounts Channel.
· Responsible for facilitating, implementing and managing the commercial forecasting process and future outlook for all National Accounts via collaboration with the N.A. Sales team.
· Must have the ability to turn insights into action through analytical skills .
Major Responsibilities Include:
CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND COORDINATION:
· Proficiency with utilizing N.A. customer portals for communicating critical information and the sourcing of business requirements such as promotional activities.
· Take lead customer responsibility for set-up and execution of all required Promotional information to be added into customer portals
· Promo Pricing details
· Product assortment
· Promotional calendar
· Maintain display programs by account and brand, along with retailer codes
· Displays setup in retailer system with assigning a retailer code and working cross functionally for internal setup
· Owns the updates to the National Accounts assortment file for internal use.
· Works cross functionally with the brand teams to determine assortment and with the design team to determine visual content needs.
NEW PRODUCT LAUNCHES
· Communicates timelines and assets needed to cross functional (sales estimates, sku details, merchandising deadlines, WERCS registrations, etc
· Collaborates with sales and brand team to determine type of support needed to successfully drive sales of all new launches
· Coordinates the shipping of product samples to the customers
· Coordinates all required elements and timelines for the POG revision projects.
· Manages inventory needs for new launches with the Operations and Demand planning teams.
RTV / DIF
· Coordinate with logistics/accounting on return details (DIF, RTV, timing, liability total, etc)
· Track details in billback file
ASSORTMENT MANAGEMENT
· Communicate add/deletes to data manager and logistics to ensure customer assortment forms are up to date
· Communicates to the logistics team all necessary information regarding display and display product needs and timing of execution.
PROMOTIONAL CALENDAR + ASSORTMENTS
· Submit retail specific forms for all off shelf & promotional opportunities, and share cross functionally
· Create & own file to track all promotional & off shelf opportunities that can be shared with cross functional teams in a timely manner.
· Manages the project tracker and provides weekly updates on project timelines.
BUDGETS
· Budget
· Update brand marketing budgets as needed with costs that fall under operational responsibilities
· Billbacks/Billback Tracker
· Update billback tracker with promos, RTVs, MDs, DIFs, coupons for all retailers
· Ensure all programs resulting in chargebacks to the company are accounted for, added and communicated in the Billback Tracking File
· Send chargeback amounts/contracts to cross functional teams
· PR/PO Process
· Manage Sales Purchase Requisitions working cross-functionally with the Sales, Marketing, Accounting and Finance departments
· Track spending vs budget
FORECASTING:
· Facilitates a collaborative forecasting process with the National Accounts team, operations, marketing and finance team in order to provide accurate sell-in customer forecast needs.
· Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and business insights.
· Monitor and adjust forecasts regularly to reflect changing market conditions and business dynamics.
· Leverage multiple data resources such as retailer inventory data and customer promo plans to identify knowledge adjustments to factor into the Commercial forecast
· Continuously refine and improve the sales forecasting process.
DATA ANALYTICS
· Proficient with utilizing multiple data sources to analyze brand and sku performance, market and customer trends, innovation launch monitoring, and customer consumer data where applicable.
· Develops compelling outcomes from accessed data to generate go-forward business decisions impacting the customer promotional calendar.
· Utilizes historical and current trends to help develop forecasted needs.
· Reviews and analyzes customer score cards to achieve a greater understanding of adjustments that need to be made to the annual business plan.
· Provides insights and recommendations on promotional performance including ROI outcomes.
· Provides analytics and support on brand assortments for planogram reviews based on performance results.
MISCELLANEOUS RESPONSIBILITIES
· Store Lists
· Maintain retailer store lists and update as expansions occur.
· Communicate new doors and DCs to Data Manager to ensure proper set up in PF internal systems.
· Weekly Inventory Reports
· Runs each customer’s weekly inventory report and distributes to the sales team, adding commentary where key concerns need to be called out and shared with the external customer planners.
Qualifications & Requirements:
· 2+ years’ experience in a CPG operational sales/marketing/administrative role, beauty and large retail/national account management preferred.
· Exceptional organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment
· High level of accuracy; able to detect inconsistencies and errors with keen attention to detail
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment, with a high degree of independence and resilience
· Experience working with Syndicated data ( Circana, Nielsen, IRI) and customer POS data
· Professional with strong project management skills; ability to think critically and creatively.

Work Environment / physical demands / position type and expected hours of work:
· This job operates in a clerical, office setting.
· The normal working hours of the office are from 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
· The position is a hybrid and currently allows to work remotely 3 days per week.
