Your mission
Do you want to be part of our Nordic Medical Care team and support the growth of the team?
Based in Stockholm, you will join a dedicated Nordic Medical Care team, where we take great pride in our work. Thoroughness and analytical skills are key. We are busy while having fun in a strong international team, where service and team spirit are paramount.
Responsibilities:
· Supporting with the red thread in sales and marketing related topics, here preparing all the approval processes for promotional and non-promotional materials B2B.
· Handling general and administrative tasks such as opening purchase orders, controlling the promotional budget, maintaining CRM and other internal platforms, and supporting the logistics of cycle meetings.
· Supporting the management of national and international events (webinars, congresses, talk events, etc.).
· Working closely with other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales and marketing initiatives.
· Preparing regular reports on sales and marketing activities.
· Ensuring all marketing and sales activities comply with local regulations and company policies.
You will have the chance to work with our portfolio in four Nordic countries, which adds complexity in a highly regulated environment. The position reports directly into the Business Unity Director of Medical Care. We work in an international environment, and frequent updates of materials are needed. You will collaborate closely with the product managers and the commercial team which consists of 15 colleagues. This is a key role for the Nordic marketing and commercial team to support the execution of marketing and sales strategies locally. Strong coordination skills are needed to ensure the best workflow between Sales and Marketing at the Nordic level.

· Interest in Sales & Marketing Coordinator role.
· Fluent in Swedish and English (corporate language).
· Skilled in MS Office.
· Experience in marketing and product communication in life sciences.
· Sales-related activities in pharma.
· Cooperation with many departments and functions.
