We are currently looking for :
Position: Customer Service Operator | Full Time | Permanent Contract
Job Summary
The main responsibility of this position will be to handle all customer service related activities for Pierre Fabre Greece. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in Greek & English, both written and verbal, as well as excellent organizational skills. They should also possess good problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and work well under pressure.
– Job Responsibilities
• Provide assistance on order management process including but not limited to receiving, checking and processing orders.
• Manage returns/recalls according to the Company’s policy.
• Create sales analysis based on requests by the Sales Department.
• Update master data (customers, products etc.) when necessary.
• Assist on any ad hoc projects assigned by the supervisor.
• Participate in meetings organized by the department or other departments as required.
- Potential to enrich role with more Logistics duties, if needed.
Who you are ?
– Job Qualifications
-BSc degree in Business or Logistics (or else) preferred
-At least 2 years in a similar position within a logistics or commercial environment
-Good knowledge of MS Office
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
-Team player
-Self-motivated, flexible and reliable
-Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken (French could be an added value, too)
-Good understanding of ERP systems. Proficient user of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to multitask
-High level of accuracy and attention to details, and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
