Responsabilidades:

· 
Visitar a médicos y profesionales de la salud para promocionar y comercializar los productos de la compañía.

· 
Establecer y fortalecer relaciones comerciales sólidas con clientes potenciales y existentes.

· 
Dar seguimiento a ventas y asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos asignados.

· 
Participar en congresos, eventos médicos y ferias del sector para la promoción de las marcas.

· 
Realizar seguimiento continuo a los clientes para garantizar su satisfacción y fidelización.

· 
Conocer y ejecutar el posicionamiento, mensajes clave y objetivos de los productos en cada visita médica.

· 
Identificar nuevos foros que fortalezcan la relación del laboratorio con la comunidad médica.

· 
Participar activamente en mesas redondas, reuniones estatutarias y juntas de asociaciones o sociedades médicas, registrando necesidades y elaborando minutas.

· 
Mantener actualizado el fichero médico.

Requisitos:

· 
Licenciatura concluida.

· 
Experiencia previa como Representante Médico; deseable experiencia con Ginecólogos, Angiólogos y Médicos Generales.

· 
Habilidades de comunicación efectiva y negociación.

· 
Orientación al cliente y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.

· 
Enfoque a resultados y manejo eficiente del territorio.
