Your mission

Business Management ‌

·  Achieve monthly SELL-IN and GMV targets;
·  Manage and guide distributor operational strategy, planning, and execution, including merchandise management, event planning, customer service, and logistics distribution;
·  Participate in business opportunity negotiations with customers
·  Follow up and execute the annual joint business plan;
·  Maintain strong relationships with existing wholesalers and cosmetic stores, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
·  Conduct regular business reviews with customers to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

Business Development & Negotiations‌

·  Identify and develop new customer opportunities, expanding the client base and market reach.
·  Negotiate business term
·  s, including pricing, contracts, and delivery arrangements, to secure profitable deals.
·  Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing, ensuring a seamless process.

Budget Control follow up

·  Monthly PPP forecasting and follow-up ;
·  Annual channel budget and cost forecasting;
·  Payment / contract /legal documents follow-up.

Sales Analysis & Reporting‌:

·  Monitor and control cross-shipment activities, ensure that the value chain of each customer's business meets the company's requirements, and generate reports.
·  Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
·  Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and customers.
·  Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales performance and progress towards targets.

Collaboration & Communication

·  Work closely with the Line Manager and other cross-functional teams to align sales strategies and initiatives.
·  Communicate effectively with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and alignment on objectives.
·  Represent Avene at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings as needed.

Other ad-hoc tasks required by line manager with respect of time delivery
