Overview

Role Description – Performance Marketing & Content Manager:

 

The Performance Marketing & Content Manager for E-commerce will manage Media strategy and deployment on eCommerce platforms to drive revenue targets and maximise ROAS. He/ She will also be responsible for digital merchandise/ creative strategy across all platforms. He/ she will work closely with category teams, customers and ECom team for media planning and execution.

·  Develop and implement a comprehensive performance marketing strategy for all Brands x eCommerce platforms, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through efficient deployment of budgets across the shopper funnel.
·  Oversee all aspects of performance marketing, including paid search, display advertising, and advertising on platforms like Amazon Marketing Services (AMS), Flipkart Ads, Quick Commerce Ads to drive higher share of voice.
·  Collaborate with internal teams – ECom team and Category teams - to define campaign objectives, target audience, and messaging to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
·  Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across brand and customers to maximize ROI and achieve performance targets.
·  Leverage data analytics and market insights to identify trends, evaluate campaign performance, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
·  Foster strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and customers to enhance marketing capabilities and explore new opportunities for growth.
·  Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular updates on marketing performance, insights, and recommendations.
·  Define creative strategy and manage listings & content across all eCommerce platforms.
·  Optimize eCommerce content to improve organic rankings and share of Search.
·  Work along with external provider to track Perfect Digital Store parameters, and measure business impact.
Qualifications

Qualifications

 

The ideal candidate should possess:

·  Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
·  Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on e-commerce performance marketing
·  Experience in setting up and optimizing campaigns on online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) is a must.
·  Strong analytical skills with proven experience in data analysis, and the ability to translate data into insights.
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
·  Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to deliver results on time and on budget.
