To develop complex IT & Telecommunication solutions which meets large enterprise customer’ requirements. The process starts with the collection and analysis of all pertinent data essential to understanding customer requirements. The role takes responsibility for solution design inclusive of the underlying technical architecture, service level agreements, overall solution costing, delivery planning and representation of that solution as required. Customer facing and business development activities such as customer presentations and negotiation in conjunction with the account manager is expected.
Skill and experience
¿ Located in Shanghai.
¿ Must be fluent in Chinese and English (verbal and written).
¿ A relevant degree with minimum of 8 years related work experience in customer facing organizations within the Telecom or IT industry, with experience in presales.
¿ Broad ICT technology knowledge, including WAN, DC/Cloud, UC and Security.
¿ Deep understanding of enterprise customer’s ICT needs and applications, with large project experience about Digital Transformation.
¿ Rich experience of consulting, solution build and presentation to clients, strong CXO facing and communication skills.
¿ Understand service delivery and service management processes.
¿ Willing to travel on short notice .
