Methodology, templates, implementation, tracking, consolidation and reporting of next PMO deliverables

Communication management
Agility for QTB
Ensure above implemented for each project part of New Gen QTB program as well as at consolidated program level
From 1st – 31st Jan 2020 : transfer of all PMO deliverables to New Gen QTB Program Manager
