about the role
Mission
Help the Innovation Marketing Director to successfully build, update, and develop innovation portfolio, support innovation offers business development and help to work on efficient communication with regional customers (Orange).
Principal responsibilities
Under the guidance of the Innovation Marketing Director, you will actively contribute to the preparation of Events by carrying out various tasks pivotal to the planning and execution of the event. Simultaneously, you will collaborate on efforts to update and develop our innovation portfolio by managing specific work phases, including Digital catalogue management.
Event Preparation
Planning
Ensure that all the documents and materials necessary for the implementation of the demos and presentations are gathered, in coordination with the technical teams.
Participate in the drafting and updating of "country files”, allowing the various stakeholders to have an up-to-date vision of the different countries and the products deployed.
Actively participate on the delivery of the event.
Innovation Digital Catalogue
Co-operate on building-up the marketing plan of portfolio for the catalogue, in close relationship with the Regions and Sales & Marketing organizations, and in line with central marketing objectives (business approach, solution approach, service strategy, etc).
Help with collection of all relevant content from product managers.
Provide inputs for appropriate marketing deliverables to promote the portfolio, internally and externally.
Co-create appropriate collaterals for the promotion of the catalogue.
Help with mapping and managing data flow of various sections of the Digital Catalogue
Explore CSR initiatives within Orange Innovation ecosystem and identify eco-design, accessibility, circularity benefits of products and services within the catalogue.
about you
Experience / Qualifications
You are preparing a bac+5 in the field of marketing or communication or IT/Telco with interest in marketing and communication and looking for a 6 month full-time internship (5 days/week) in an international context.
You have advanced organizational and listening skills and know how to manage marketing projects.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are a must.
AI experience is welcomed.
You exhibit flexibility and the ability to focus on different topics.
You like to work in a team and can adapt to interactions with different stakeholders.
Your strengths lie in your attention to detail, patience, and consistency in document versioning.
Fluency in English is essential, and additional languages such as Spanish, Polish or Romanian will be appreciated.

Within the Marketing and Design Department, the Innovation Europe entity manages the Orange group's innovative projects within its European subsidiaries. Our entity participates in the deployment of products and services in European countries and is also in charge of developing their knowledge and practice of new processes and technologies. It is therefore essential to coordinate the participation of all the countries and different entities to get them to grow over time.
