about the role

Mission

The Business Analyst Intern will support the Marketing team in analyzing data and providing insights to help create the product and services roadmap. This role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather data, develop analytical reports and their visualization for various stakeholders.

Principal responsibilities

Data Collection and Analysis:

Develop and implement data collection strategies to monitor marketing performance across different regions.

Collaborate with product managers and regional teams to gather relevant data and ensure data quality.

Utilize Python, Excel and other tools to analyze and visualize data effectively.

 

Dashboard and Reporting:

Create and maintain dashboards to track product roadmap evolution.

Prepare regular reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, summarizing insights and recommendations.

Continuously propose improvements to reporting formats based on user feedback and evolving needs.

 

Support Marketing Initiatives:

Assist in the preparation of marketing events, such as Open Tech Days and the Innovation Forum, by analyzing participant data and feedback.

Contribute to the development of the marketing portfolio by assessing market trends and customer needs.

Help co-create marketing collateral and promotional materials based on analytical insights.

about you

Currently pursuing a bac+5 degree in Marketing, Communication, IT, or a related field with a strong interest in data analysis and marketing.
Proficiency in Python for data analysis and visualization.
Proficiency to advanced skills in Excel
Advanced skills in PowerPoint are essential
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
Organizational and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Spanish, Polish, or Romanian are a plus.
You are proactive, results-oriented with strong attention to detail and consistency in documentation.

Within the Marketing and Design Department, the Innovation Europe entity manages the Orange group's innovative projects within its European subsidiaries. Our entity participates in the deployment of products and services in European countries and is also in charge of a flagship event for the division, the Innovation Forum, which promotes innovative products to these European subsidiaries. The countries can discover the products and services. In the following months, the Innovation Europe team coordinates products and services roadmap creation with Europe countries.
