We are seeking a Workplace Experience Specialist to support our New York corporate offices. This individual will have strong communications and a program management background with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation. We are searching for a thought leader on scaling culture in a rapidly growing market with a focus on fostering a sense of belonging for all. This person must develop and maintain strong relationships with office leadership and be a true team player.

Responsibilities:

·  Lead communications strategy and execution for a growing site, including general announcements, group moderation, internal documentation, and change management to each vertical and leadership
·  Serve as a lead on local office initiatives, including onboarding, events and programs, capital projects, office build-outs, designs, or renovations
·  Partner with Space Planning on local strategy and execution of initiatives including data integrity and floor planning, headcount and various reports.
·  Strategically lead, build and oversee the internal events program and various events for the New York HQ
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate their activities/initiatives and programs across the office
- Site sponsor for company-wide social events and programs, including ERGs
- ERG engagement and partnership as needed
·  Strategically lead and oversee visitor, candidate, and employee experience and execution
- Hiring and coaching receptionist(s)
- Monitoring  ticketing system and requests
- Generate reports to propose changes based on the findings 
·  Collaborate with internal partners on office events, including Company Meeting and our speaker series (Brunch & Learns, Fireside Chats, Q&A’s with Execs)
- Manage executive visits to site including briefing documents, logistics, and announcements to office
·  Stakeholder coordination with cross-functional partners, including but not limited to: Design, Space Planning, Real Estate, I&D, IT, AV, Events, Security, Safety, Employee Services, Talent Acquisition, and Branding
·  Acts as escalation path for office related issues, concerns, feedback, suggestions and triages accordingly

Qualifications

·  3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role supporting workplace services; 7- 10 years of equivalent experience will be considered
·  Bachelor’s Degree preferred
·  Experience supervising front of house services, primarily in the areas of visitor and receptionist  services
·  Ability to work cross functionally across the company in a highly collaborative environment
·  Strong communication skills both written and verbal
·  Strong interpersonal skills
·  Open to feedback and continuous improvement
