Michelin is hiring! We are looking for an editorial professional who is passionate about food and editing to join our company and be a key player of our Michelin Guide team.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Michelin -the Worldwide leader in Tires, dedicated to improving mobility and sustainability by providing its clients with digital services, maps and guides to help enrich trips and travels and make them unique experiences—offers a rare opportunity to contribute to the Michelin Guide department as an Editorial Coordinator. We are searching for a candidate with project management skills, who is a strong communicator, independent, organized and detail oriented.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Production
- Planning and execution of digital content releases.
- Planning, execution, and review of restaurant surveys using analytics platform for all new and existing North American territories to achieve a regular update of all relevant details and contact information.
- Provide support to Director for announcement and press documents.
- Execution of selection production on announcement date.
Data-base Management
- Manage North American territory selection using Salesforce, Sitecore and Michelin’s pre-production platform confirming all data and photos are present and accurate for production.
- Assist the Guide team with creation of new restaurant establishment data.
- Maintain proactive communication with central team in Paris, France to resolve any roadblocks preventing production.
Customer Service
- Review all consumer feedback received from central customer service and respond as appropriate.
- Interface directly with restaurant professionals for photos, sustainability information and any other inquiries.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Project management experience, specially launches and data selection.
Professional editorial experience with emphasis in gastronomy communication, specifically writing or editing, with a keen eye for detail.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously.
Complete discretion is the key to success in this role.
Experience in customer service highly appreciated.
Proficient in French and/or Spanish preferred.
