MAIN JOB OBJECTIVE

Support the Trade Marketing Manager in planning, executing and the measuring the Lifestyle, Outlet and Wholesale marketing efforts to increase traffic to stores, brand awareness and customer engagement.

Owning the development and implementation of seasonal marketing strategies, delivering impactful multichannel campaigns, initiatives, promotions, and events that drive increased sales and awareness.

To work closely with the European Retail, CRM, E-commerce, Brand Marketing, PR, Events and Digital Communications teams.

Build relationships at a senior and peer level across the EU business as well as the NY HQ to ensure alignment across business goals, targeted markets and support wider global objectives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to :

·  Identify and present strategic opportunities that meet Michael Kors business objectives for retail, wholesale and outlet
·  Responsible for the timely development and delivery of high impact, cost effective multichannel marketing plans in support of seasonal activity and events across lifestyle, outlet and wholesale
·  Collaborate with the cross-functional teams in the development of all consumer marketing initiatives
·  Work in partnership with the digital teams to innovate and implement digital drive to store initiatives
·  Partner with the global teams to develop compelling/relevant creative, assets and CTA’s (seasonal clienteling tools)
·  Effective end-to-end management & co-ordination of all stages of campaign development from initial brief through to design sign off, costings & eventual delivery into stores within the requested timeframe
·  Manage the trade marketing budget and report on ROI
·  Work in partnership with District Managers to identify, define and deliver outlet and lifestyle activity utilizing the tool kit
·  Effectively manage day to day communications with outlet and wholesale partners

REQUIREMENTS

·  Proven Marketing experience preferably in the luxury sector
·  Proven success in planning and delivering campaigns
·  Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PPT
·  Proactive and insightful analytical and problem solving skills
·  Ambitious, strategic 360 thinking is a must
·  Thrive in a fast paced on-time deliverable environment
·  Bachelor degree or equivalent
