The Digital marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting Michael Kors’ performance marketing team across EMEA/ROW region with focus on growing the Affiliate Marketing program in Europe, whilst providing support on day-to-day activities across all other digital marketing channels.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Affiliate Marketing
· Work with our affiliate network to grow the affiliate traffic and revenue in France, Italy, Spain and the rest of EU by identifying opportunities for growth with existing publishers as well as by sourcing new partners
· Grow existing relationship with top publishers in order to drive strong revenue growth targets for Michael Kors in Europe. This involves negotiating exposure packages, holding recurrent meeting to ensure the publishers are aligned with strategy and next steps, reviewing publishers performance and delivering feedback to them based on actual results achieved
· Support with day-to-day communication and weekly calls with the affiliate network
· Support the Digital Marketing Specialist in briefing creative assets to our internal design team. Delivering assets to the publishers in a timely manager
· Conducting accurate checking of each exposure booked to ensure the affiliates are using the right message, landing page and creative asset
· Provide support on day-to-day campaign planning and execution, working with the Affiliate Marketing Specialist to deliver strong exposure plans and growing revenue whilst maintaining good ROAS
· Run Sale Validation on a monthly basis
Other Digital Marketing channels
· Take ownership of creative workflow, from briefing assets to the design team and to the copywriter to reviewing the assets received and finally delivering approved assets to the agency for execution
· Review the PPC ad copies on a quarterly basis and ad-hoc basis to ensure we are delivery brand-appropriate messages, aligned with site refreshes and seasonality
· Work with our in-house translation team to localize campaigns across the EU markets
· Support the Digital marketing manager with reporting and campaigns performance tracking
· Support the digital marketing specialist with the update of Organic Search meta-data between the web production and translation teams
Finance
· Invoice management: review vs plan, tracking, documenting
· Deliver weekly spend reports to the finance team
REQUIREMENTS
· 2+ year experience in affiliate marketing ideally gained working for an affiliate network or a brand in the retail industry
· Experience across at least another digital marketing channel
· Marketing, Business, Analytics or related qualification is a plus
· Proficient in Microsoft Office including advanced-level Excel skills
· Direct experience with analytics tools including Adobe Analytics/Omniture or Google Analytics is a plus
· Experience working in partnership with affiliate publishers would be a huge plus
· Knowledge of second language (particularly French or Spanish) would be a plus
