The primary purpose of this position is to provide support for a dynamic EMEA Brand Marketing team. Working with the Brand Communications Team to support the team in administering Brand Marketing and Advertising activities within 40 EMEA Markets.

The role also includes a close collaboration with the wider EMEA Communications teams and Global head office in New York, to assist in implementing marketing plans, calendars, procedures, and plan budgets following global procedures and guidelines.

Brand: -

·  Supporting the Brand Marketing Manager in reviewing global marketing plans and act as main point of contact to liaise with wider EMEA teams to ensure they are aware of plans, inform them of next steps actions to localise plans, and collate team’s seasonal plans to send back to Global team
·  Distribute seasonal campaign imagery to key internal stakeholders
·  Assist Brand Marketing Manager in reviewing local brand partnership proposals and rolling out local partnership activity
·  Monitor and report on competitor brand activity and alert the Brand Marketing team on innovative industry news by creating overviews: identify, evaluate, recommend
·  Support Brand Marketing Manager with marketing requests from Michael Kors license partners (fragrance, watches, jewellery and eyewear)

Advertising Media: -

·  Assist the Brand Marketing Manager in planning and allocating the annual digital and OOH advertising budget each season
·  Plan, propose, book and execute seasonal advertising campaigns alongside Brand Marketing Manager, liaising closely with EMEA Communication teams and Global team in New York for approval as per Global Brand Guidelines
·  Liaise with Outdoor Advertising agency for seasonal requests, bookings and executions
·  Brief artwork requests to Global Creative Team in New York through creative brief form, managing the process from start to finish and ensuring a timely follow up on all requests
·  Ensure latest media kit information is kept on file for print and digital media, and updating one-pagers ahead of meetings
·  Consistently update media contact list
·  Keep track of the magazines received, tagging artwork and updating the excel advertising log.
·  Liaise with E-commerce and Retail team to obtain seasonal buy information to drive key products in Marketing activities

Reporting: -

·  Accurately report and provide ROI results on integrated advertising campaigns and brand marketing activities
·  Work on seasonal advertising and brand activity recaps        
·  Distribute recaps to key internal stakeholders           

Admin: -

·  Create branded internal and external presentations for internal stakeholders on an ad hoc basis
·  Coordinate sample request with the PR and sales team for integrated media partner campaigns
·  Administration responsibilities include booking meeting rooms, sending calendar invites, arranging meetings and travel and answering the team’s phone

Communication: -

·  Work closely with EMEA teams: Brand Marketing, Digital Communications, Wholesale Marketing, Retail Marketing, Franchise Marketing, PR and E-commerce teams
·  Communicate with global Brand and Advertising teams
·  Communicate with 3rd party partners

Requirements: -

·  Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to multi task
·  Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
·  Previous experience in Fashion/Lifestyle Marketing (Brand Marketing experience is essential)
·  Strong communication & writing skills
·  Thrive in a fast paced environment
·  Self-motivated & driven
·  Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills
·  Demonstrated commitment to completion of projects on a timely basis
·  Computer Literate – Excel, Power Point and Word skills required
