Job description:
Be part of a small flexible team based in London supporting the growing modelling and analysis needs of the CFOs and boards of the assets in EMEA.
Financial Modelling and Project Finance activities related to infrastructure projects in operation (roads, hospitals, student accommodation, energy, ..)
- Financial modelling (60%)
Preparation/Development of new financial models for projects in operation
Updates of the overall investment models for the shareholders and the valuation of their shares in the projects
Ongoing maintenance and updates of those operating models
- Investment Analysis (40%)
Critical analysis of the profitability of various projects and initiatives (sale/buyout of shares, refinancing...).
Profil:
Ideally 1-2 years of experience with some experience in Project Finance or working with financial models in a Corporate Finance environment.
We are also open to candidates with very strong quantitative skills and that will be able to demonstrate a real interest and knowledge, by self study, of the Infrastructure/Energy finance sector and impact finance.
Very good excel skills, Financial modelling, Analysis of financial results, an awareness of financial and management accounting
A degree in Economics, Finance or Engineering from a leading university/school.
Fluent in English, other fluent language is a plus.
Training and mentoring will be provided to develop modelling and investment skills.
