purpose / Overview
Online brand marketing executive has the responsibility to drive sales of canine and/or feline range of my.royalcanin.jp(T-O-P) by planning and implementing new product launch and acceleration initiatives at T-O-P, and increase its loyal users by providing premium brand experience and nutritional education with target pet owners by maximizing brand value in a way which is differentiated from e-players with the close collaboration with internal multifunction team, x-pillar marketing, D&EC team members, digital media partner and creative agency.
Key responsibility
· Lead the development and execution of launch plan of T-O-P exclusive new product and SPT-R/VETS new product at T-O-P by collaborating with multifunction team, x-pillar marketing, D&EC team members, and external digital media and creative agency.
· Lead the development and execution of acceleration initiative of focus recipe at T-O-P by collaborating with D&EC team members, external digital media and creative agency.
· Understand target shopper insight and behavior through data analysis and shopper research and develop optimal marketing plan and communication which overarches online and offline vehicles by collaborating with x-pillar marketing and external digital media partner and creative agency.
· Track the progress and efficiency of each initiative and marketing vehicle by PDCA and identify optimal marketing model for T-O-P incorporating new marketing technologies and vehicles.
· Create and update educational contents at T-O-P & HUB by collaborating with SC and x-pillar marketing, external SEO consultant to provide information about dog’s & cat’s well-being for quality brand awareness.
· Plan and implement loyalty program at T-O-P to nurture loyal users of T-O-P by close collaboration with CRM manager and CRM executive
· Improve UX/UI of T-O-P by implementing new service and merchandising plan with the periodical maintenance by close collaboration with technical account executive
· Support and execute digital marketing plan for other pillar marketing initiatives
· Manage allocated A&CP in the planning of each initiatives and projects
Context & Scope
·
T-O-P will serve an Omni-channel retail experience in health nutrition for cats and dogs behind the RC global pet owner journey and e-commerce operating principles. This role drives sales of T-O-P further by implementing key initiatives and service, function and UX/UI, which is one of key RCJ Omni-channel business model enablers.
· 20% for analysis and developing plan of new product launch and acceleration initiative
· 40% for plan implementation including contents development
· 20% for planning and execution of loyalty program
· 10% for implementation of new service and management of UX/UI
· 10% for project management and interaction with stakeholders and participation in key meetings
Job specifications / Qualifications
Education & Professional Qualification
· Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification
· Business English TOEIC 800+ (need frequent communication in English with Campus and APAC region)
· At least 3 year experience in marketing department (FMCG marketing experience in multi-national company is preferred)
· Fluency in English and Japanese language is required.
Knowledge / Experience
· Experience of new product launch and marketing plan development
· Experience of managing and directing advertising agency
· Preferred to have the experience of digital marketing (SEM/SEO/SNS)
