Propósito del Rol

Genera proyectos de mejoras de ejecución en el punto de venta para Changarro, implementa el punto de venta ideal buscando la mejor exhibición en los clientes, mayor venta y distribución; mediante un análisis y diagnóstico de la situación actual de venta de los clientes.

Identifica las necesidades del cliente así como posibles oportunidades de mejora en campo.

Define las estrategias principales y coordina las iniciativas de Customer marketing

Comunica a la fuerza de ventas la estrategia y la importancia de las actividades, genera acuerdos y compromisos para la correcta ejecución de las mismas

Establece controles de seguimiento a ejecución de las actividades e impacto de las mismas para generar a partir de estas las nuevas actividades

Asegurar el abasto y administrar materiales POP y exhibidores para DTS

Experiencias Clave

Licenciatura o ingeniería, L.A.E, Mercadotecnia, Ingeniería industrial, etc.

·  Administración de proyectos
·  Conocimiento de la administración de ventas en el detalle
·  Conocimientos de mercadotecnia y ventas
·  Experiencia mínima de 2 años trabajando de tiempo completo
·  Ingles avanzado

Time in Role

B4 A – 1.5 años en la posición para movimiento lateral.

B3 – 1 año en la posición.
