Advertising and Consumer Promotions (A&CP) Analyst in Hackettstown, NJ

**This role will move to our office in Newark, NJ in July 2020**

Purpose of Role:

This role is responsible for the management of the Advertising and Consumer Promotions (A&CP) budgets for the MWC US business unit. This includes both custodian (ensuring sufficient controls are developed and implemented- RESPONSIBILITY) and business partnering elements (developing and utilizing scorecards to review alignment of spend with Laws of Growth – EFFICIENCY).

Key Responsibilities:

·  Serve as a Finance business partner to the Brand Marketing Managers providing financial advice relating to A&CP spend to ensure sound financial decisions. Develop and implement scorecards that ensure continuous improvement in the efficiency of our spending, by measuring against the principles of Laws of Growth.

·  Lead the processes that ensure sufficient control is being maintained for the A&CP spend – meeting regularly with marketing managers, period closing, reporting of actuals, identifying risks and opportunities, ensure spend and budgets are accurately reflected in systems

·  Provide forecasting inputs to S&OP process for both P&L and Cash-flow impacts of A&CP spend, by coordinating latest estimates with marketing managers and 3rd party agencies.

·  Participate in annual process of resource allocation to ensure all following year A&CP budgets are accurately planned and inputted into relevant systems

Minimum Qualifications:

·  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
·  2-3 years of work experience in a finance area with an emphasis in accounting.
