What You’ll Do
As a Welcome Desk Supervisor, you will lead by example at the heart of the guest journey. You’ll oversee daily front desk operations, support and motivate the team, and ensure every guest interaction reflects W’s Whatever/Whenever® service philosophy.

Key responsibilities

·  Deliver exceptional, personalized guest experiences
·  Supervise and support front desk talents, ensuring smooth daily operations
·  Handle guest requests, feedback, and service recovery with confidence and style
·  Maintain brand standards, safety, and operational procedures
·  Collaborate closely with management and other departments

What We’re Looking For

·  Experience in front office or luxury hospitality
·  Strong leadership and communication skills
·  Guest-centric mindset with attention to detail
·  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, lifestyle hotel environment
·  Czech language required
