At the #1 rated, Chairman Award Winning AC Hotel Bridgewater NJ, we’re looking for a dynamic, driven, and people-savvy Hotel Sales Manager to join our growing team. You'll be the go-to expert for guest group bookings, social events, and key sales initiatives—and a critical right-hand to our Director of Sales.

What You’ll Do:

Be the first point of contact for group bookings, event space inquiries, and VIP stays
Build strong client relationships—both online and in person
Own your sales pipeline: proactively source new business and manage existing accounts
Input bookings, manage room blocks, and ensure event accuracy in our systems
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Maintain organized sales records and handle inbound social event inquiries
Participate in top rated Marriot Sales training sessions
Take on exciting new challenges—no two days are the same!

What You Bring:
1+ year of direct hotel sales experience (Sales Coordinator or Sales Manager level) – REQUIRED
Experience in any hotel department is a plus
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Familiarity with the local Bridgewater market is a bonus
Brand experience (Marriott, Hilton, etc.) preferred
Confident with tech— Delphi, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
A polished, professional presence with a passion for hospitality

The salary range for this position is $50,000 to $55,000 annually.
