The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc.  The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment.  If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

Your Responsibilities

Welcome guests and provide table service with efficiency, warmth, and professionalism.

Serve food and beverages, making recommendations when appropriate.

Have in-depth knowledge of the menu to answer questions and accommodate special requests.

Ensure guest satisfaction with every dish and beverage served.

Set up, clean, and organize tables, as well as carry out opening and closing duties.

Replenish tableware and maintain work areas in excellent condition.

Follow established procedures to ensure clean and well-organized service areas.

Prepare coffee service, carts, stations, and buffets.

Organize table service and assigned areas.

Inform and report to the supervisor at the end of each shift.

Requirements

Advanced level of English is essential.

Previous experience in hotels is highly valued, especially in high-end establishments.

Strong customer orientation, professional appearance, and teamwork skills.
