Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Marketing Executive who is fluent in Arabic to join our passionate team. In this pivotal role, you will support the marketing department in implementing a comprehensive 360-degree marketing plan, driving initiatives across various segments including Food & Beverage, Spa, Leisure Tourism, and MICE. Your creativity, strategic thinking, and passion for hospitality will be instrumental in elevating our brand presence and achieving our commercial goals.


Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Support:

·  Support the marketing team in the implementation of a 360-degree marketing plan, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
·  Collaborate with other departments to deliver market-leading activations in Food & Beverage, Spa, Leisure Tourism, and MICE segments, fostering synergies and maximizing impact.


Internal Collaboration:

·  Work closely with the hotel's award-winning outlets to drive internal capture and deliver on the outlet's commercial goals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.


Analysis and Reporting:

·  Assist in analyzing and reporting on marketing activations, providing valuable insights to optimize future initiatives and enhance ROI.


Social Media Content Management:

·  Actively own and manage multiple social media accounts for key products, creating engaging content and executing a monthly content plan to drive awareness and engagement.
·  Plan and support the execution of regular photoshoots for exciting products, liaising with internal content creators and external marketing agencies to ensure high-quality visuals.
·  Develop and execute promotions campaigns in F&B, weddings, spa, rooms, and conferences through relevant digital and social media channels, leveraging data-driven strategies to maximize reach and impact.
·  Engage in proactive online reputation management by surfacing relevant guest comments (positive or negative) on social media channels and responding promptly and professionally.


Public Relations and Visual Asset Management:

·  Support the Marketing Manager in delivering a comprehensive PR plan per quarter, executing post sign-off from GM, and managing the execution of hotel-sponsored events, community/government relations activities, and press promotional activities.
·  Support the pull-through of impactful PR strategy & activities to drive quality press coverage through media engagement, in alignment with communications objectives.
·  Compile news clippings and other online, print, and social media mention reports on a monthly basis for property distribution.


General Administration:

·  Assist in the coordination and execution of all communications activities, with a strong emphasis on property F&B promotions and campaigns.
·  Help with the publication of the hotel’s newsletter(s) and support communications duties and functions as necessary.
·  Assist in the liaison and execution of joint F&B promotions and ensure the Hotel’s website and related websites are updated regularly in collaboration with eCommerce teams.
·  Partner with Director of Marketing and Marketing Manager to implement and develop a marketing plan aligned with hotel sales and revenue strategy.
·  Coordinate with property and above property eCommerce and Revenue Management teams to report on the success of property marketing and eCommerce performance.
·  Keep abreast of competition and its collateral, advertising, and marketing efforts, as well as constantly evolving digital and marketing trends.
·  Support with administration-related tasks that contribute to the success of the greater marketing and hotel department.


Core Requirements:

·  Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, with at least 2 years of experience in a high-paced hospitality destination.
·  Fluent in Arabic, with a deep understanding of the local market and cultural nuances.
·  Organized and able to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
·  A positive team player with a proactive attitude and a commitment to excellence.
